There is a $10 non-refundable deposit on all portraits. I use a program to make a pattern of you and or your animal and send it to you for approval by e-mail. Once approved I will cut, Finish and but a black backer on the portrait . And the remaining balance due Before shipping which is Free! And have it in the mail within a week to 10 days depending on volume of orders.
